Liberty Hill advances social change movements through a unique combination of grants, leadership training, and alliance building. The LGBTQ Justice Track of Liberty Hill’s Wally Marks Leadership Institute for Change is an intensive on-the-job training for organizers working to advance LGBTQ equality, providing technical assistance on communications, board development, community organizing and grassroots fundraising. Using an adult, peer-to-peer learning model, Corral Consulting designed, coordinated, facilitated and evaluated Peer Learning Circles for LGBTQ Justice Track participants to produce logic models, an annual budget and a work-plan to guide 2011 funded activities.
